At Rudy’s Perfume Room, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following refund and return policy to ensure clarity and fairness.

We only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged during shipping, you may request a replacement.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately for a resolution.

  • Quality Control Issues: If there is a clear defect or issue with the craftsmanship or formulation of your item, you may be eligible for a return or refund.

How to Submit a Claim

Email us at support@rudysperfumeroom.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Copy of your receipt
  • Clear photo(s) of the item and issue
  • Brief description of the problem

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

All return and refund decisions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are made at the sole discretion of Rudy’s Perfume Room.
